Detailed parameters of chicken farm poultry feeding equipment

1.Main feeding line system

By this system, poultry farm chicken feed can be conveyed from the silo or manpower hopper into each feeding line  in your chicken farm.
Silo /manpower hopper is the beginning of main feed line.There is a feed sensor at the end of main feed line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.

Feeding capacity: 1400KG / h, Maximum feeding length:60m.
Radius of bending pipe: R1500 (inclinable angle: 30 degrees).
Main feed line auger: import from South AfricaFeed level sensor: import from Germany IFM 

2.Pan feeding line system

Covey feed from vice hopper into each feed pan automatically.
Taiwan Brand driving motor;
Hot-dip galvanized vice hopper;
Pan feeding line with South Africa Spring Auger and Germany Sensor;
Suspension and lifting system convenient to adjust the feeding line height by winch.
 

3. Nipple drinking line system

This system can provide fresh and clean water for poultry which is crucial for the growth of poultry. The drinkers can be triggered from 360 degree which helps young birds start well and makes drinking easily.
Bigdutchman/Plasson/Lubing type drinker for choice.

Water pipe with nipple drinker and drip cup;

4. Ventilation system

This system controls climate conditions, fresh air, humidity and temperature in poultry shed. It is vital for growing birds, including air inlets and ventilation fan.
1) Air Inlet

2) Ventilation Fan
24'' and 36'' fans are used for ventilation to provide fresh air to the poultry house.

5.Cooling pad system

Cooling pad and fan, the longitudinal ventilation and cooling combination is the most economic and effective summer cooling system for poultry house.

6.Automatic Climate control system

This system saves labors and resources under the condition of assuring a optimum growth environment for poultry chickens. Environment controller along with temperature is imported from Agrologic in Israel, which can set an optimum working mode according to the local climate and raising environment.

7. Heating system (Heater)
