Layer cage is designed for rearing egg-laying chickens. After pullets grow to 12-16 weeks, they are transported to the layer cage system. The primary advantages include increasing egg production to 98%, easy handling of chicken waste, and reduced disease transmission.
Feed is transported inside the chicken house through a main feed line conveyor system located beneath the storage tower. The feed is distributed to feeding lines via hoppers. This storage system prevents feed contamination, and the transport mechanism minimizes feed loss during distribution.
After the hopper receives feed from the distribution pipe, it is transported through hot-dip galvanized pipes to the feeding lines. A level sensor at the tail monitors feed quantity to prevent overflow.
Automated feeding system reduces labor costs while increasing production efficiency.
All equipment is manufactured from premium raw materials, ensuring a service life of 8-10 years.
Fully automated control systems provide convenient and efficient operation management.
