Product Overview

Hot dip galvanized, space-saving automatic layer chicken cage system with low egg breakage rate. Our new-generation large-scale H-type stacked fully automatic layer cage system features a three-dimensional layered structure that optimizes plant space utilization to the utmost.

The system is equipped with fully automated feeding, manure removal and egg collection systems, together with an integrated intelligent environmental control system. Combined with negative pressure fans, cooling water curtains and accurate lighting control devices, the system automatically stabilizes temperature and humidity, ensures proper ventilation and implements scientific light supplementation, delivering a steady, favorable living environment for laying hens.

Supported by full intelligent operation and maintenance, the system enables one worker to efficiently manage tens of thousands of laying hens. It greatly cuts labor input, saves energy consumption and minimizes disease risks, fundamentally reducing overall operating costs for large-scale poultry farming.

1. Injection Molding Process

This technology is applied to manure scraper components that come into contact with chicken manure, such as traction rollers. It protects metal plates and doubles equipment service life.

Our company launched this injection molding technology in 2024. Without changing base raw materials, an injection molded layer is added on all manure-contacted parts, including the main body of manure cleaning machines, manure conveying rollers, manure baffles, horizontal and inclined components.

Technical Note: The injection molding process melts plastic powder at 250°C and adheres it onto galvanized steel sheets. It effectively solves rust and corrosion issues, guarantees stable equipment operation, extends service life, cuts farmers' operating costs and improves farming efficiency and profits.
