1. Cage System

Cages: Made of alloy wire, top net provided, bottom wire 2.0, partition wires 2.3 and 3.0, top wire 2.0
Supports: 275g/m² hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, column 31*28*31*2.0, connecting plates and manure belt supports made of 1.0 zinc-aluminum-magnesium plate, assembled structure, high processing and installation accuracy, good stability and long service life
Feed troughs: 1.0mm zinc-aluminum-magnesium material
Traveling tracks: For smooth traveling of the feed cart, high straightness, L=6m, hot-dip galvanized tube 60*30*2.0

2. Feeding System

Double-arm feed cart: Wire rope traction type, 275g/m² hot-dip galvanized steel sheet
Single-arm feed cart: Wire rope traction type, 275g/m² hot-dip galvanized steel sheet
Feed distributors: High-precision distributors, easy to adjust, ensuring uniform feed distribution

5. Manure Removal System

Longitudinal manure scrapers: 275g/m² hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, including head and tail drive system, drive motor 1.5kW Yantai Wanxin, 1 unit
Longitudinal manure belts: High-strength PP material, δ=1.1mm
Transverse manure conveyor: L=17m; PVC 4mm thick

6. Ventilation System

Fans (Shuangjunli brand): 50" box type push-rod opening mechanism, stainless steel blades, 1.1kW motor
Cooling pads: Aluminum alloy frame, 150mm thick
Circulating water system: Complete circulating water system including drive system, with 3 pumps of 0.75kW each
