Product Overview

The H-type automatic layer cage adopts a vertical stacked structure with high space utilization. Available in 4 and 5 tiers, it supports high-density large-scale chicken farming. Equipped with full intelligent systems, it realizes automatic feeding, drinking, egg collection, manure cleaning and environmental control. Made of high-quality anti-corrosion steel, it is sturdy, durable and low-maintenance, delivering high yield with lower operating costs.

The H-type cage is integrally made of national standard Q235 low-carbon steel, featuring high strength, good pressure resistance and stable load-bearing performance, and is not easy to deform under long-term stacked breeding.
The cage frame and mesh are treated with hot-dip galvanization for corrosion resistance. High-end models adopt dual anti-corrosion treatment of heavy galvanizing and galvalume coating. It is acid-proof, alkali-proof and moisture-resistant, fully suitable for the harsh humid and dusty environment of chicken houses.
With excellent impact resistance and wear resistance, the cage is rust-free and durable. Its service life reaches 25-30 years, far longer than ordinary cages of 10-15 years. It greatly reduces maintenance and replacement costs and offers superior long-term cost performance.

Automatic Drinking System

Each cage tier has an independent, pressure-adjustable water line, fixing uneven water pressure between tiers.
With 1 drinker for every 4 birds (25% more than the industry standard), installed precisely 2cm above the hens' backs.
A dedicated V-shaped drip tray is installed under the drinking pipeline to channel leaks directly into the drainage system, preventing wet birds and feed and reducing the incidence of coccidiosis.
An automatic backwashing device is included to flush the pipelines weekly, preventing limescale and biofilm buildup and ensuring clean drinking water.

Automatic Feeding System

Standard mounting positions for feeding rails are reserved at the top of each tier, with the rails integrally welded to the cage frame for stable, shake-free operation.
Dual symmetrical troughs provide a feeding space of ≥10cm per bird, preventing uneven feed intake caused by competition.
The feeding trolley speed is infinitely adjustable from 6 to 18m/min. A single trolley can serve up to 150,000 layers, delivering 40% higher efficiency than A-type cages.
Compatible with backpack-type and gantry-type feeding equipment. Fully automatic operation with built-in cleaning function greatly cuts labor costs.

Automatic Manure Removal System

A gapless manure conveyor belt is installed at the bottom of each cage tier. All manure falls onto the belt completely with no ground contamination.
Made of 3mm thick virgin polypropylene blended with UV stabilizers and anti-static agents, the belt has a service life of no less than 8 years.
The system supports intelligent seasonal automatic cleaning frequency adjustment. It automatically runs manure cleaning 2 to 3 times per day in hot and humid summer to prevent bacterial growth and odor, and switches to once a day in cold winter. The overall manure residue rate is strictly controlled below 0.5% to ensure thorough cleaning effect.
Fitted with automatic deviation correction and tensioning devices, it runs steadily for long periods with minimal manual maintenance.

Environment Control System

Special IoT intelligent environmental controller for chicken houses, perfectly compatible with fully automatic H-type chicken cages. It works steadily in high temperature & humidity, thunderstorms and unstable voltage, ideal for large-scale layer farming.
24-hour fully automatic unattended operation. Precisely controls temperature, humidity, ventilation and air quality, eliminating drawbacks of manual management and preventing flock stress and production decline.
Complete functions, easy operation and stable performance. Linked with full cage equipment to realize intelligent & energy-saving breeding for higher efficiency and profits.
