The broiler breeder egg nest system provides a comfortable, hygienic egg-laying environment that meets the chickens' natural habits. It integrates automatic egg nests, perches, and an automatic egg collection system, and is equipped with automatic feeding, drinking, and lighting systems.

Our chain feeding system is designed for breeders and layers, offering stable running, even feeding, and easy maintenance. The feed level is adjustable, with a conveying speed of 36 m/min and a capacity of 0.7–1.5 kg/m. Optional gear or cycloidal reducers and a safety gear protect the motors, while hardened key components with easy-maintain dual bearings and an imported chain ensure smooth, long-lasting operation. The flexible height adjustment fits different chicken growth stages, and the burr-free, anti-corrosive galvanized grid (45 mm wide, 2 height options) ensures safe, durable use.

The male feeding pan, 360 mm in diameter with 9 grids, allows 8–9 roosters to feed simultaneously. A 16-level adjustable feed level height adapts to different rearing stages, and each pan can be individually opened or closed via shut-off plates for flexible flock management.

The front-end water supply device combines filtration, metering, chemical dosing, pressure regulation, and flushing. The enlarged-diameter flushing pipeline ensures sufficient water volume during line flushing. Both ordinary and pulse water meters are available, and dosing devices can be selected from the imported Dosatron dispenser or the Shinge dosing pump — meeting diverse customer needs.

Our high-quality slat is made of UV-resistant PP material for durability, with an anti-slip rounded surface that is foot-friendly. The 22×40 mm mesh allows easy manure leakage, and each slat measures 600×1000×45 mm at 2.7 kg, giving birds stable footing for improved comfort. The high-strength, anti-aging PVC triangular beam (120×42×6 mm) offers adjustable leg height, while precise splicing and a thickened design ensure a solid structure with high load capacity.

The 16-nest automatic egg-collecting box is mainly used for high-high-low rearing of broiler breeders. Eggs are smoothly and safely conveyed to the front egg-collecting platform via conveyor belts — eliminating the labor fatigue and manual contamination of traditional methods, improving production efficiency, and reducing egg breakage and off-nest eggs. Its humanized design also provides a quiet, comfortable laying environment.

80–100 Lux ground brightness satisfies layer breeding, and 6000K flicker-free cool white light delivers even illumination for cage farming. Each row features independent power control for easy management and maintenance, supports global voltage standards, and the staggered layout achieves uniform 80–100 Lux lighting with no dark spots.

The ventilation system (fans, small windows, cooling pad, tunnel door) provides efficient heat dissipation and temperature control for a stable indoor environment. Flexible air volume adjustment adapts to diverse weather conditions, effective humidity regulation reduces disease risk, and the durable structure ensures easy operation and daily maintenance.

The Hightop control system features multi-factor intelligent logic. Unlike systems that adjust ventilation only by indoor temperature, our system also references the outdoor temperature — for 100-day-old broilers, 2–3 fans run at 20–22°C indoor temp, while only 1–2 fans start at -10°C outdoors, saving unnecessary operation. It accounts for the poultry's perceived temperature rather than ambient temperature alone, avoiding redundant ventilation and cutting energy loss. Customized temperature linked with lighting cycles is supported: temperature rises in dark hours and resumes a normal level half an hour after light startup.
