Complete Automatic Poultry Equipment for Chicken Broiler/Breeder Farm

The automated chicken cage system integrates multiple subsystems: cages, feeding, drinking, climate control, and manure removal.

Broiler equipment also includes a harvesting system. Layer equipment includes egg collection, all managed through a central control system for intelligent scheduling.

These subsystems work together to automate the entire chain — from feed delivery, water supply, and climate control to waste removal and egg gathering — significantly improving farming efficiency and management standards.

The automation system is widely applied in modern poultry farms, aiming to maximize economic benefits.

System Components
1. Chicken Cage

Constructed from 275 g/m² hot-dip galvanized steel, providing self-healing anti-corrosion protection. Resistant to acids, alkalis, and ageing — suitable for humid poultry house environments.

Available by growth stage: brooder cage / chick cage, rearing cage, pullet cage, layer cage, and broiler cage.

2. Automatic Feeding System

Designed for feed storage, transport, and distribution.

Workflow: Feed is conveyed from silos to cart hoppers and spread into troughs as carts move along the rows, running as preset programs.

Level sensors at the ends automate start/stop for timed, measured feeding.

3. Automatic Drinking System

Provides clean drinking water for chickens.

It mainly consists of nipple drinkers with 360° water delivery, and is equipped with filters, smart water meters, and medicators.

Facilitates monitoring of water consumption and aids in disease control.

4. Automatic Manure Belt Removal

Efficiently removes poultry waste to maintain chicken house sanitation.

Belt system capacity: 10,000 m²/h (100× faster than manual), labor-free.

Double scrapers at the tail ensure thorough cleaning. Manure belts resist breakage, aging, corrosion, and cold down to −40°C, ensuring durability and low maintenance with one-touch cleaning.
