Structural Design

The steel structure chicken house adopts a light frame steel structure design to ensure stability and safety. This structure is engineered to withstand significant snow and wind loads, capable of withstanding up to 0.15kn/m² of snow and 240km/h of wind.

The entire frame is treated with hot-dip galvanization, with a maximum galvanization amount of 600g/m², providing excellent corrosion resistance and ensuring a long service life of 30 years. The overall design considers essential needs of ventilation, lighting, and heat preservation.

Wall and Roof Construction

Color steel sheet or high-quality heat-insulated sandwich panels are used, effectively maintaining stable temperature inside the chicken house.

Internal Layout

Capacity: Designed to accommodate considerable numbers of caged laying hens and free-range broilers. Specific capacity can be customized based on requirements, with internal equipment arrangement considered during design.

Aisle Width: Main aisles not less than 1 meter for personnel and equipment passage; secondary aisles not less than 0.8 meters.

Ventilation System

Ventilation openings are set on both sidewalls to ensure air circulation. The system consists of three parts: fans installed on the rear gable wall, wet curtains placed on both side longitudinal walls and front gable wall, and ventilation windows located on both side longitudinal walls.

Drinking Water System

Provides clean and sufficient drinking water facilities. Specifications and configurations can be adjusted and optimized according to specific needs and breeding conditions.
